The hotel dinner chef, Richard Taylor, is a local to the area for many years and is an experienced chef, cooking meals to the way our guests like.
Coupled with this we have a new breakfast and lunch chef, Mike MacRae. Offering his creative skill and mastery in the kitchen and providing a unique brand of homebaking and lunch meals. If you look around locally you can spot his fudge being sold in the shops.
With this combined talent in the kitchen we have managed to provide a brand new menu giving you a great dining experience with the majority of our food being bought local to the Rhiconich Hotel, giving you a true taste of Scotland.
