Offering you a superb Dining Room with glorious views out over the incredible
sea loch, Loch Inchard or the cosy comfort of the
Conservatory on the ground floor with another fantastic view of Loch Inchard.
The hotel dinner chef, Richard Taylor, is a local to the area for many years
and is an experienced chef, cooking meals to the way our guests like.
Coupled with this we have our breakfast chef, Margaret Morrison, who can again
offer many years experience, cooking the perfect way to start a day.
Meals are served from the following times:
- Breakfast - 8.00 a.m. - 9.00 a.m.
- Dinner - 6.00 p.m. - 8.00 p.m.

To Start:
- Chefs Home made Soup of the Day
- Cullen Skink, a hearty traditional Scottish creamy smoked Fish soup
- Haggis made in the county of Sutherland, laced with Drambuie Liqueur and
accompanied by fine Scottish Oatcakes
- Prawn Salad, served with Lemon Mayonaise
- Thai Fishcakes, served with a sweet Chilli dip and salad garnish
- Moules Marinieres, (surcharge £1.50)
- Smoked Mackerel Fillet served with Horseradish Sauce and a salad garnish
- Local Whole Prawns, pan fried in Garlic Butter, served with Melba Toast and a country
style salad. Subject to availability.
- "Hot Smoked" Salmon, served with a salad
- Crispy Camembert Rondelles, served with a Redcurrent Jelly and salad garnish

Main Courses:
- Our selection of meat dishes
- Traditional Roast Beef and Yorkshire Puddings with a Whisky Gravy and all the trimmings
- Double Loin Lamb Chop, cooked to your taste and served with Mint Gravy
- Chef's Home made Steak Stew, topped with a Puff Pastry lid
- 8oz prime Sutherland Sirloin Steak, cooked to taste and served with a
choice of sauces, (£3 surcharge)
- Char Grilled Supreme Fillet of Chicken in a Mushroom sauce
- Madallion of Pork with a hot Cider Jus
- Venison Steak, pan fried in Butter and served with a Juniper Berry Jus
- Chef's famous Highland Steak, Sirloin Steak topped with Scottish Cheddar Cheese
and drizzled with Malt Whisky, (£3 surcharge)
All of the above dishes served with a selection of seasonal Vegetables, Potatoes or Chips

- Chicken Jalfrezi, pieces of Chicken in a medium hot sauce with Tomatoes, Onion and Ginger
